This post provides and introduction and general overview of the ggsced package and how ggplot objects can be made more consistent with historical single-case design visualizations
Documentation and Guides for ggsced
This section contains a mix of various posts/guides/demonstrations/etc. that are related to drawing Single-case Design (SCD) figures using R. Generally, this is done in the interest of open science and transparency to assist in the replication of research findings. Posts in this section aren't necessarily meant to be read in order, but it probably would help to do so, since earlier content will cover more fundamental details.
The purpose of this post is to outline how to partially address figure convention challenges using ggplot
Source code and documentation is provided to illustrate how ggsced can be used to accommodate all features of single-case figure conventions within ggplot
This post provides an example of how to use ggsced to modify phase change annotations across panels in a complex multiple baseline designs.
